This option enables you to view an employee's attendance based on a Project. The following are steps to locate the tab to view multiple attendance entries, 


Human Resource Management > Time and Attendance> Multi Attendance Entry Analysis



Once selecting this tab, you will be redirected to a new page (View image below for reference) which presents a table of the timings of employees tied to a specific project. Additionally, the table presents the date, task, and total hours spent. such information is highly useful in events to locate a specific employee. 



In order to add a new entry into the table, select the ' + ' button on the top left of the page. 

upon clicking the button, you will be presented by a collection of text boxes and drop menus which are required to be filled with details of the employee. 



The following steps are to be followed in order to create Multiple Attendance Entry, 


  • Select the project and the task as well.
  • Select attendance date
  • Select the employee
  • When you select the employee, the shift will appear automatically. If you assign lunch hour it will automatically assign to the deduction minute textbox. 
  • Enter the From Time and To Time in a 24 hr format
  •  Once the necessary details have been filled, click on the Save icon located on the top left side of the page.
