1.0 Monthly Entry

In the Monthly Entry, you will be able to add monthly allowances and deductions for an employee. The menu location is as follows, 


Human Resource Management > Payroll > Monthly Entry 



Once you have select this menu option, you will be presented with a list of employees who have existing allowances or deductions. Within this list, you will be able to view the amount of the Allowance or Deduction and will additionally be able to edit the existing data. 


You will be able to seek a specific employee's Allowance/ Deduction detail using the Filter option. Further, you will also be able to add a new entry by clicking on the '+ Add New Entry'. 



2.0 Add New Entry 



  • Select the employee’s name from the combo.
  • Add monthly changing allowance on the left side of the form.
  • Select the date. The date is a compulsory field.
  • Enter the amount and click the ‘Add’ button to add the details to the table. Do the same thing for deductions as well.
  • Finally, Click Save / Save and New button to store your data.
