1.0 OT Entry by Employee 


If the organization does not use Bio-metric devices to record employee attendance, the overtime hours have to be recorded manually. The menu location is as follows, 


Human Resource Management > Payroll > Overtime by Employee 



Upon selecting the menu, you will be redirected to a new page which would consist of employees and their OT hours, along with the date and actions to be taken. 



If you wish to add a new entry, you will be able to do so by clicking on the '+ Add New' button. 



2.0 Create Overtime Entry 



upon selecting this option, you will be presented with a new form. 


  • Select the employee’s name. If any records available for the current month it will be shown in the table.
  • Select the date, Overtime type, and OT hours.
  • After the data is filled for the selected employee, click save/save and new button.
