1.0 Salary Journal Entry 

This option allows the Addition/deduction to be taken into account for payroll processing. The menu location is as follows, 


Human Resource Management > Payroll > Salary Journal Entry 



Once you have selected this option, you will be presented with a list of Allowances/Deductions applied to each employee while specifying the type of employee.

 You will be able to edit the details listed in addition to filtering your searches. Further, in order to add a new entry, you will be able to do so by clicking on the '+ Add New' button. 



2.0 Creating New Salary Journal Entry 



upon clicking on the option, a pop-up form will appear, 

  • Select relevant account and addition/ deduction (Both are mandatory fields)
  • Select the Employee type (optional)
  • Select if addition/ deduction is debit or credit
  • Click the 'Save' button
