In this sub-section of the Shift Management module, the user will be able to view the schedule accommodated for every employee group. The menu option is as follows, 


Human Resources Management > Shift Management> Scheduler 


Once you select the sub-section, you will be presented with the page displayed above. The page will contain details of the different employee groups which are allocated with different shifts. 


The filter icon; located on the left side of the page, enables the user to seek a specific schedule pertaining to an employee group. 

Further, the user will also be able to edit the recorded schedule to make changes. 


In addition to this, the user will be able to view the schedule in a calendar view by clicking on the view Icon which is located next to the ' + ' icon.



1.0 Add Schedule entry 

The user can add a new schedule entry by selecting the '+' icon. Once you select the icon, the user will be redirected to a new page. 



In this page, the user can assign an employee group with a specific per-determined shift and to a specific employee by using the drop down menus displayed above. Once all relevant details and shifts have been assigned, click on the save icon to save the schedule into the system
