1 Task Management
Task management is the process of managing a task effectively along its life cycle. Planning, testing, tracking, and reporting and are few steps that are mainly involved in task management.
Proper task management can help your business to achieve group goals, or groups can collaborate and share knowledge for the accomplishment of collective business goals.
In Blue Lotus 360 under project management, you can find the task management form. You can also use the module search bar and type the relevant form name to find the form easily.
After opening the Task Management form, you can see the below interface.
Here you can either import the tasks from an excel sheet or create tasks in the form easily. The filtering option is also available to easily search and check the status of a particular task from the list.

2 BL Calendar
BL calendar is a simplified, consolidated form that your company can easily follow from anywhere. The departments or business unit of your company can manage not only your individual tasks but also schedule and view events/appointments, add tasks, add resources, and other interactions such as putting a reminder even.
As can be seen in the above screen, you can select the resources, projects or the task and load them. Calendar options that are available include,

• Resources
Event Tab
In the event tab, you can simply give a title, the start and end date of the event, the type of occurrence of the event, description if needed, and to whom that event is assigned.
Task Tab
In the task tab, you can select the project to which the particular task belongs, the status of the task- new, waiting, work in progress, etc., task name, start and end dates, whether the task is repeating or not, task description, name of the lead and the current action person whom undertaking that task.
Reminder Tab
Sometimes, a reminder will be the best way to remind your busy teams of a particular event or a task. This will help you to keep the work on a track with deadlines. So the reminder tab in the BL calendar lets you enter the title and set a reminder to the planned event/task.
Resources Tab
The resources tab allows you to select the resources, project, and dates for a particular event/task.
After entering the necessary details, you can save the event and it will display in the calendar accordingly.
3 Resource Usage by Project
The Resource Usage by Project from in the project management module lists for each project the assigned tasks and the total amount of work that the resource is scheduled to perform on each project.

4 BOQ Beta
BOQ - Bill of Quantity is the widely used document for Any Materials related Projects. It is preliminary guidance for everyone to know the list of quantities & types of all material require for the project’s execution.
BOQ Beta form in the project management module is also useful for the assessment of the project budgeting, timeline, and also delivery.
5 To Do
A to-do list is a list of all of the tasks you need to complete during a particular period of time. For example, all the tasks you want to complete before the end of the day normally become your to-do list.
With to-do list functionality built into your project management module, you can easily create, manage, edit, and share your lists.
