Sales Related Reports
All the sales reports under the sales related reports.
1. Pending Sales Order Report
Under the Sales Management there is a form is call sales order. After that you need to invoice against that sales order. The Pending Sales Order Report shows what the sales order that not raise the invoice are.
Requested Date – Select as at date
Item – To select the inventory item
Project – To select relevant project
Address – To select customer address
Location – To select store or the outlet
By clicking the + button you can expand the heading. After that, it will show the breakdown for each heading. By click on the green colour + button, it will expand the whole report. By clicking on the like red colour + buttons, it will expand one by one.
2. Sales Day Book Report
You can get list of invoices with enter user, insert date and time for given date period.
From Date – To select from date
To Date – To select to date
Project – To select the project
Account – To select customer account
Location – To select store or the outlet
By clicking the + button you can expand the heading. After that, it will show the breakdown for each heading. By click on the green colour + button, it will expand the whole report. By clicking on the like red colour + buttons, it will expand one by one.
3. Sales Day Book V2 Report
You can get list of invoices with VAT, SVAT and discount for given date period. It no need to expand. All the details in 1st window.
From Date – To select from date
To Date – To select to date
Project – To select the project
4. Sales Registry Report
You can get list of invoices with sales rep for given date period. It no need to expand.
From Date – To select from date To Date – To select to date
Project – To select the project
Account – To select customer account
Rep Address – Select sales rep address
Location – Select the location
By clicking the + button you can expand the heading. After that, it will show the breakdown for each heading. By click on the green colour + button, it will expand the whole report. By clicking on the like red colour + buttons, it will expand one by one.
