How to view orders
Step 01:
Select the Location as EcomSale
All the orders will be shown status wise in the grid. You can view each order by clicking the status tab.
You can view specific order by clicking filter icon.
To remove the filter: click on filter icon again and click clear button
View more information about the order
Select relevant order status tab > click on more info button. Popup will show additional information about the order. There is a print button on the top left corner to view the report.
Change Order status within order hub
Select relevant order status tab > select the order status from the drop down > Click save button. Then order will be moved to the selected order status tab.
Push to WMS
Select relevant order status tab > Click on arrow button
Please consider followings before click the arrow button.
1. Order is in WMS_Notifying_Error status with unmapped SKU
Click on edit button and check if there is any item with unmapped SKU. If you found unmapped item then delete that item by using delete button.
After delete the item, select the item from drop down and enter ordered qty and click on add to grid button.
After add the item to grid, click on update order button. Once you get success message push that order to wms by clicking the arrow button.
2. Order is in Unavailable items in order tab
Click on edit button and check if there is any item with unavailable qty. If you found red colour text item then delete that item by using delete button.
After delete the item push that order to wms by clicking the arrow button.
How to get missing pickme orders
Go to Order Hub > View orders
Select location as "EcomSale"
Select the store from the drop down
Enter duration from the current time and page no. You will see list of orders from pickme. Find the missing order id and click save button. The order will be pushed to order manager. In the order manager you can push to wms by clicking arrow button
How to get missing uber orders
Click on Get Uber Order button then enter Order reference no and click save button
Order will be pushed to order manager.
